Function: CIP system is a mobile equipment, which can provide cleaning and disinfection work for beer brewing equipments including fermenters, brewhouse, pipes,valves etc. 

Capacity: 50L/100L/150L/200L/300L/500L etc. Two / Three tanks optional. 

Uaually equiped with one piece of Caustic Tank and the other is Sanitize Tank

Material: Single layers, Thickness=3mm, Small torlerence stainless steel 304/316 optional, 100% high accuracy TIG welding. 2B plate with inner pickling and passivating treated, outer with Hairline polishing; Sanitary polishing treatment of welding points, presure tested ready. Caustic Tank is pre-installed 3 kw(50-100l), 6kw(200l) or other kilowatts’ electric heating element&PT-100 Temperature probe; Manual open top lid with hinges on both of tanks. Centrifugal pump(CNF Famous domestic Brand/ customization), complete circulation piping & valves,Control cabinet ready to use.

1. Sanitary Polishing
-Inside Polishing: Overall polishing to 0.4μm without dead corner .
-Outside Polishing: Sanitary polishing, smooth enough and passivated treatment.
-Purpose: Make sure the inner tank smooth to avoid any dead corner which caused bad taste in the wort beer. Outer tanks looks more like an artwork.

2. 100% WIG Welding
-All welding is TIG welding.
-All welding is Full welding.
-All welding is double side welding.
-Purpose: The use of argon on the protection of metal welding material,which Makes tanks durable and strong.
