Features

The CIP cleaning system is economical, compact, small in floor space, and easy to install and maintain. It can effectively clean the production equipment such as tanks and pipes. The entire cleaning process runs in closed production facilities, cylinder tanks and pipes, which greatly reduces the chance of secondary pollution; CIP cleaning system has single tanks and double tanks and multiple tanks for users to choose from, mobile and stationary.

Single layers, Thickness=3mm, Small torlerence stainless steel 304/316 optional, 100% high accuracy TIG welding. 2B plate with inner pickling and passivating treated, outer with Hairline polishing; Sanitary polishing treatment of welding points, presure tested ready.

Caustic Tank is pre-installed 5kw(50-100l), 9kw(200l) or other kilowatts’ electric heating element&PT-100 Temperature probe; Manual open top lid with hinges on both of tanks or Hengcheng Round atmospheric manhole optional.

Centrifugal pump(CNF Famous domestic Brand/ customization), complete circulation piping & valves,Control cabinet ready to use.

Main Operating procedures

Step 1 Using the tap water wash the equipment.
