7BBL Microbrewery Fermenter

Brewing Vessels of Conical fermenters remain a craft beer staple. Craft beer fermenter is mainly to inoculated yeast to the wort after cooling, to provide a suitable environment for the maltose to be converted into alcohol.

Hengcheng quite popular stainless steel 7bbl conical fermenter, which is also the micro brewery essential unit, conical fermenter are machines used for microbial fermentation. It is generally a cylindrical vessel made of stainless steel. The effective volume of the fermenter is 7bbl L. There is 20-30% of the upper fermentation space in the fermenter. The bottom of the conical fermenter is conical. Stainless steel is the most ideal material for fermenters. This allows the brewer to carry out the primary and secondary fermentation in one vessel.
