The hot liquor tank or HLT is a brewing vessel used to heat water for different stages of the brewing process, including the mash and sparge. The hot liquor tank is typically heated by either gas, steam, or an electric heating coil.
Basic Configuration

Interior Shell: 3mm of certified small tolerance SUS304 full welded;
Exterior Shell: 2mm of certified small tolerance SUS304 full welded;
Interior Finish: Sanitary 2B finish, Pickled and Passivated
Exterior finish: Oil brushed metal housing
100% TIG welded joints with sanitary polished with stringent controls, inspection and pressure testing
Insulation: 80mm polyurethane foam
Heating: Steam
Steam Jacket: Dimple plate on bottom and side
Sloped top and sloped bottom
